Four Mansions Hotel

We were very pleased with our stay, thank you.

We did not check into this hotel. And did not receive the accommodation service. The amount was withdrawn from my account for the service that was not provided. Your website contained information about this hotel, the price of accommodation and services provided by the hotel, costing 3892 lira. In particular, SPA treatments and transfer to the ski resort were offered, which was decisive when choosing a hotel. Although the cost of the 5 * Wyndham hotel was 2900 lira, also posted on your website. When checking into this hotel, we saw a fairly low level of the hotel, which was confirmed by the absence of any stars. When asked about the transfer and SPA services, the hotel manager offered a paid service in the amount of 1200 lira and to call a massage therapist from somewhere, if we "needed it so much". Understanding that the Trip. Com website misled us, we decided not to check into a hotel that did not correspond to what was stated on the website. For 3 hours we tried to cancel the booking and return the money, but the website support service behaved formally, taking the side of the hotel, and not its clients. I consider this situation unacceptable, and ask for a refund for the service not rendered. Trip. Com is entirely to blame for this situation. Having provided false information and not protecting the client's rights when this information was revealed

Daha önce Kayseri'de farklı yerlerde konakladık, ama keşke bu oteli daha önce keşfetseydik dedik. Girişten çıkışa kadar her şey ve her personel misafirlerin rahat etmesi için tam da gerektiği gibi. Eksiklik olmadığı gibi, abartılı da değil. Ekip daima güler yüzlü ve yardımcı. Odalar tertemiz, yatak/yastık mis gibi kokuyor ve rahat. Otel farklı konakların birleştirilip restore edilmesiyle meydana gelmiş ve eski Kayseri mahallesinde. İç mimarı kim ise tebrik etmek lazım. Eski ile yeniyi çok iyi birleştirmiş. Ön ve iç kısımdaki bahçe dinlenmek ve bir şeyler içmek için ideal. Otopark sorunu yok. Kahvaltı büfesi ve ürünler çok iyi, yemekler lezzetli. Konum merkezi, ama otele girince o keşmekeş ile alakanız kalmıyor. Kısacası Kayseri'de konaklamak için tercih edilmeli. Hele ki dev zincir otellerdense burası bizim için çok önde artık. Tüm genç ve nazik ekibe teşekkür ediyoruz.
